Sneket casino help: short answers for a player
Sneket casino help is arranged here by the questions a player has, not by the sections of the operator site: how to write to support, how long a payout takes, when documents come up and what the site may do to your account without asking.
Help centre materials, section by section
Pages are grouped by what brings a reader here: the account first, then money, bonuses, games and the site's own paperwork.

About the site
Who owns Sneket, what the paperwork says and what it leaves out
Where to write, and how long an answer takes
Sneket has two postal addresses, and that is not a typo on the site. Support@sneket.support is the one on the front page, used for game matters: a deposit that hangs, a bonus that never arrived, an account that got locked. Info@sneket.support sits deeper, in the helpdesk rules, and reads more like a service channel for formal letters.
If a letter to support goes unanswered for a day or two, that is ordinary - the matter is being looked at. It gets worse when the silence stretches: the casino's own rules allow up to 10 working days for a complaint. That is not a soft promise to answer soon but a ceiling you can quote back in the correspondence.
Two addresses with no word on what each is for is very much in the Sneket manner: formally everything is written down, and working out where to knock is left to you. We wrote to support and had our game questions answered there.
Takeaway: Write to support@sneket.support about game matters; silence beyond 10 working days means the casino is breaking its own rules.

What the casino may do without your consent
The Sneket rules give the casino the right to suspend your account with no reason given. Not in particular cases, not on suspicion of fraud - simply with no reason. The wording frees the operator's hands and promises the player nothing in return.
A right like that is usually balanced by a licence: a regulator makes the casino account for why an account is frozen. We checked three pages of the site - the front page, the rules and the FAQ - and a gambling licence number appears on none of them. There is only the company registration number 169452 and the jurisdiction of Curacao.
A company registration and a gambling licence are different documents. The first confirms that a firm exists, the second that somebody supervises its game. Sneket shows the first one only.
Takeaway: With no licence number on the site and an account that can be frozen without explanation, keep your support correspondence and deposit receipts to hand.
